It's not a head scratcher at all. They. Don't. Care. It's easier to just toss players aside than put an effort in. They don't even practice the required amount of time or have a U12 teams. Because they're MLS and it's a large metro area there's a ready crop of new players eager to give it a shot each and every year. They don't have to worry about keeping their customers satisfied. If it were a pay-to-play-club they would have closed up shop already. If management cared about performance the entire staff would have been sacked a long time ago.
