Originally posted by Unregistered View PostYes, they'll definitely be better off as far as college placement opportunities, but their soccer development, while I'm sure was not great at the Revs, is certainly not going to progress any in the ISL and will probably even backslide. They'll definitely be noticed in that league and probably be one of the top three players on the team, but with worse players around them training day-in, day-out, and worse game day competition. Not a great preparation for college soccer, but hopefully, with a good club to supplement over the rest of the year, it'll be enough to get them where they want soccer-wise in college. Really too bad there aren't better options in this area for top players.
UNH is a top 20 D1 program.
They have an Oregon ODP player.
They have a player that played all 4 years at Windham H.S.
They have 2 GPS NH players.
They have a Kimball Union All-NEPSAC player.
They have a kid that played at Exeter High School.
They have an NEFC player.
If you are a solid soccer player it doesn't matter where you play.
