Originally posted by Unregistered View PostAgreed, a couple of future Dean College players, at best.
Bolts are sour that they didn't make playoffs at either U17 or U19, lost a number of key players, and didn't get all the recruits they thought would come.
In addition, facing a weaker schedule next year as they no longer appear to be scheduled against Atlantic MLS teams for 18/19 (no Red Bulls, Union, or DC United) - beginning of tiering....

And if that is what happened, then an appeal should be granted, in my opinion. Very strange - or, part of the story is unknown to me.
The DA system is about big players, who can score goals. They just don't get it.

Players can appeal to USSF. USSF should be happy that two good players are moving into MLS. Those are the types of players USSF cares about. It's bullsh*t to deprive kids of a huge showcase opportunity.

VV was right behind the striker in goals this year and coaches/parents considered him one of the top players - sort of crappy to throw a 16-17 yo kid under the bus just because you're pissed he left
DR was mainly a defender so of course limited goals
