Revs U17's have won 5 games in all competition in 2017/18. With the GA Cup, and the recent 4-1 loss to Vancouver, it puts them at about 20 losses. Amazing

A few MLS clubs are moving (or already have moved) in that direction. The Revs would never. That would require spending $1 more than what they already begrudgingly pay.
