The Revs claimed an already committed player as their own after 3 games this spring.

You may want to take a closer look at the Revs' commits and where they actually developed instead of those from other clubs.

This is true. There are a few kids on those lists that are ex-Revs but are listed from another club.

If they've been with the club since the fall they're fair game. The Revs have had zero influence on a player with 3 games under his belt
