Regardless of which team they're on the top talent is spread out on numerous teams. You combine those players and you would have an excellent team.

Girls ECNL showcases are well attended by coaches from everywhere. Thus far that isn't the case with the boys. Maybe it gets better. In general players and coaches would be better served if the events were more regional instead of everyone flying across the country to see each other. Kids mostly go to school within a half day's drive from home, maybe a quick plane ride. Flying all over is absurd and drives up the cost of participation past what many families can afford.
