Were the players the Revs added for the Spring already on the DA roster? Doesn't that prove to you that the Revs are willing to bend the rules and add new players over the Winter?
What makes you so sure that they won't continue the policy of "adding" players over the Winter, within the USSDA mandated window?
The U17 team is abysmal. They can still hold strong(wink, wink) to their "no waivers" policy while improving their team by "adding" players after November.
You may be surprised by the defections after this season. They may be in no position to stand firm. Backfilling people will be a real challenge because the talent just isn't out there waiting for an email from the Revs.

“That straightforward question prompted a straightforward answer, according to club president Brian Bilello and academy directory Bryan Scales. Hence why – in addition to spending over $1 million a year to fund free youth programs from U-13s to U-19s, plus a U-23 team in the summer – the Revs have recently launched two initiatives.”
Don't sign you rights away to the Revs. Period.
Stay away from the DA, play NPL, get a good education, enjoy high school soccer and then go on to college soccer.

Congrats to Revs GK Jones
Goal keeper E. Jones going to the Torneo delle Nazione in Italy with Shawn Tsakiris' U16 BNT.
Great accomplishment. Might be the next Homegrown for the Revs.

They may, but the players need to choose to devote to the full 10 months of DA training and competition. 2017 was the last year the Revs Academy granted USSDA waivers. There's no loophole anywhere like you seem to think. It's an open add on period for full time DA players!! Talking about two separate things, you twit! Last player to be sent packing back to Brooks was the defender ML, last year (2017). That is all she wrote, over my friend.
Look at the South Kent kids and some public school kids that were added to beachside without waivers. In fact NESJ did a piece on their new DAP adds. They are also easy to spot on roster because they have only played four or five games
Now the Revs may chose not to give waivers or chose not add kids in the fashion they Beachside did. The loophole does absolutely exist.
