They don't practice the mandatory number of days, don't have U12, have a very high churn rate, spend the least on teams (proven in a survey), have developed essentially zero pro talent. All facts, no opinion. They don't care, never have, never will and only participate because they have to. Only new ownership that cares about the pro teams and DA will change the culture there. It comes from the top and permeates all the way down.

Training with the Revs teams for all age groups consists of 3 hours per week. That sound sufficient? Just incredible!

and....the 3 hours (1.1/2 hrs twice a week) is spent on dividing up the squad and scrimmaging on half a field. No soccer tactical training, reading the game, identifying how plays develop, role centric training etc....just a very rudimentary amateur like approach to practice, almost as if they are all there because they have to. Scales pops in once in a while, stares down players ( in a leering creepy fashion) and then initiates sidebar discussions with coaches. Just a strange environment.

Closed sessions are healthy for all except the helicopter parents. We all love them. This team is filled with tons of individual talent. Very jealous and incompetents (or simply stupids) are trolling here to boost your emotions.
