Have to assume it’s only for a very select few, but basically it’s a “waiver” (without being called a waiver, right?)

Stop kissing the coaches' arses. The soccer still sucks.
Playing up or down does nothing to improve anyone.
Get over yourselves.

The coaching is so different to pay to play clubs, they don’t push the boys to play with intensity, they expect that to come from within. They are only interested in players who bring their own energy and motivation. If you don’t then you are cut. It makes a lot of sense when you realize the players are not customers, they are apprentices, a v Ryan different relationship. If you don’t get it and are outside the club that’s fine. If you don’t get it and are in the club then start making other plans for next year.
