What off season? You mean the time all other academy clubs go indoor? Maybe Revs can't afford the indoor fees now that there are expanded age groups? Maybe the lack of adequate training time explains the gap between older Bolts players and older Revs players?

Revs can afford it, they just chose not to invest. One less training per week vs what the other clubs do can start to catch up to you. Revs attract more talent because they're MLS which help sustain them. It isn't the training.
