The Revs is one of the best things that has ever happened to my kid. He loves it and is developing well.

Relative to what? He might be developing compared to where he was before. Everyone is developing if they're playing; even a blind squirrel finds a nut kind of thing. But he's not developing at the pace desired by USSF or vs other clubs who actually give tow sh**s about development.

You don’t know my kid. He is developing well at the Revs. The training is excellent and free. He works hard in his own time too, and is learning the value of self- motivation. We couldn’t be happier with the Revs.

This thread is only one of multiple threads about the Revs. The themes have been very consistent. Most likely you have a younger player or are just née to the program. Give it time and you'll see all the complaints on this thread come to life

All the younger teams need to play their players equally to see how they develop. The Rev coaches have a knack for picking and choosing too early resulting in a terrible record of development. 0-8? 0-4? 0-2? NYRB seem to know what they are doing.

I do have a younger player. My guess is that the negative posts are from parents of players who were never selected, or have been cut, do not see many minutes, or went to Portugal. The parents of kids developing well probably keep quiet.

Don't you wonder why there are so many threads to bash the Revs by dads whose kids don't play for the Revs? I don't care about their kids, but they sure care a lot about mine.
