Now, what he does with the training remains to be determined. At the least, he will be recruited to play in college. The Revs tout commitments as an 'accomplishment', so why not tout that their training resulted in a player playing to Europe?

Maybe he wanted more training than US Academy offered. Maybe he wants to kill it but felt he'd never get there with US training. Besides, watching US MNT is so painful. All the mini-me USDA teams are just as awful. Who's actually good here? Talk about a crock.
