He is also vindictive and if you don't get in line and thank the loving gods that your son was chosen to play for his club, you ARE OUT.

What do you mean if you don't get in line you are out? Everyone signs a contract, if you break it then he has every right to kick your kid out.

I don't know what you mean by a contract. My son has played for the Revs now for 2 years and I have not signed anything. Fake news!!

The only reason I can think that might be true is that they are 100% sure he won't develop into a homegrown player and they don't want to waste the paper. The contract we signed this year is more explicit in forbidding practice with other clubs than previous years contracts. The key is if you want to explore better opportunities make sure Mr BS doesn't find out!
