The U14 coach Dean college and asst. high school coach at Durfee HS in Fall River.
Goalkeeper coaches are former Explosion (Maple) and also assistant high school coaches.
One Scottish dude has about the same bio as any GPS staff coach and hard to vet.
The U16 coach has a mediocre playing career at URI and played for a local PDL team.
Now....these are the men affiliated with a professional soccer youth academy system!!
Does that kind of clarify why your son's have had a confusing and frustrating experience at the Revs? You would think a serious professional soccer team would put together UEFA licensed ,former Serie A, EPL or La Liga players with credible soccer backgrounds.
Just beyond pathetic.

Here's the kicker ... a ton of young keepers at UCONN. I doubt he sees the field

More are planning to leave.

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostSadly, I don't think the Revs really care who leaves. As long as they have bodies to replace those vacancies, which they always will, they'll continue with the status quo. The quality of the program, including the players within, is no matter to them, since they aren't investing anything into it anyway. Best we can hope for is that the program falls to the bottom of the standings in every age group. Possibly then they'll purge directors and coaches and start anew, although this would actually require Kraft caring enough about the academy to bother upsetting the apple cart, so is probably just a pipe dream.

I have heard it all. How f**king dumb can an organization be to let a kid like that go? That club is one bizarre surprise after another. I remember Rennicks from the Vikings and knew then there was something special about him. Nicest Kid. Disturbing behavior to punish a youngster for training abroad.
