December 11, 2016 // Explosion FC is launching a new branch to our club. Explosion Futsal. EFC will now field elite Futsal teams. These select teams will be comprised of players from ANY CLUB including EFC that will be select FUTSAL PLAYERS looking to play FUTSAL in the winter months at the top level. Look for more info for both boys and girls forthcoming.

We are happy to announce our Explosion Futsal U14 boys teams playing in the NH FUTSAL LEAGUE and will be representing us in the Regional Futsal tournament this January!


sounds like Explosion kids are ok'd by the revs. How do you know they are playing in the tournament. HGS doesn't have Explosion listed

We have had a few inquiries about Academy players competing with outside futsal teams this winter. Please be advised that US Soccer prohibits DA players from competing with outside teams during the academy year. We will have our own futsal programming during the winter months for the U14’s and U13’s starting in December, leading up the USSDA Futsal event on February 11th. We also want all of our Academy players to be able to take a physical and mental break in November/December to recover before we begin pre-season training again on Wednesday, January 18th.

I agree - that is ridiculous. Definitely Revs players in that picture. Someone should screen shot it if you need to. No dog in this fight but it doesn't seem right. EIther all Revs players should do what they want in the winter for extra training or none should.

Go ahead and screenshoot it to Revs management if you have the balls! Sit back and see how they'll perceive you, and don't be surprised if your son suffers the collateral damage.

I don't have a son who plays for the Revs. And normally I've been entertained by a lot of the silliness that the Revs parents complain about but in this case I agree with the complaints. On the face of it, seems that the Revs are inconsistent in allowing some to do extra games/training but not others. That was my point.
