This is the first year they had a young age group. Rev program is just not structured to develop the full player. 25 months from now you still need an entire age group.

Being treated like an adult, with parents mostly excluded is one of the things my kid loves about the Revs. He feels like he has earned his spot and doesn't have to rely on Mom and Dad to pay the bills. Our smaller role as parents has made us more relaxed too. I guess we are all growing up!
