The Bolts ECNL combined efforts from this past year at the two national ECNL events were something like 5 wins, 60 losses, and a few ties. Ouch.

You do realize that there is documented history of releasing the majority of their players rather than developing them, correct? Look at last years U17 team. They are almost all gone. Is that what you mean by "development?"

The Revs accumulate talent at the younger ages. Few stay longer than 2-3 years. As the teams progress up through the age groupings they flatline and then finally begin to fall behind all the other DA teams. It's easy to demonstrate. US Soccer archives all the rosters and results from every season.

Not going to do your homework for you, but I just went to the Bolts site to try and see if there were any standings. The U15 team was highlighted on the cover page for winning the State Cup and going to Nationals in the Super Group. If you look at the ECNL site it shows that they won more than 5 games...and that's just one team....so yes...it's a blatant lie.
