I think Seacoast is an incredibly incompetent, awful organization to have any links to high level soccer development never mind the DAP program, but if I had a talented son I'd drive to NH rather than Gillette if I lived in Patriot Place after reading this thread.

No you do need talent to get on, and being the only pro franchise they automatically attract some of the best talent in the area - it's just the Revs just don't do anything with it. If you don't "develop" with they're outstanding coaching squad (lol) you're out. If they actually care about your skills but you tick them off mid year, you're out (even NT players). If they don't care about you and break the rules, you stay and drive the other families who follow the rules to distraction. Leadership sets the tone, good and bad. Without a major shakeup in management what goes on in Foxboro will continue.
