DAP soccer doesn't focus on winning like you club parents have been accustomed to all these years. They want to develop players and put them into the best position to be challenged. A lot of money is invested in these guys, they are not here to appease the parents. Head back to your little club team if you don't like it.

If your "team" is heavily relying on just one player. That's a bad sign. It isn't about winning, so don't make it about winning. Other players will need to step up. Maybe even change up the game plan a little, but as for it being "not fair", you'll need to get over that quick!

How about being happy for the player and what they think is best for him? Nah. That would be to selfless. Keep focused on your team's wins and losses because surely that's a great measure of development.
