The old Bayside Expo site to become new soccer specific stadium and the Calf Pasture Pump Station (about a half mile away) to become a state of the art Revs training and Academy facility. I hear it's a done deal.

This makes a lot of sense actually, the Pump station is abandoned and is on the Historic Registry. Kraft would renovate the interior and restore the façade and it has plenty of land for fields. Marty Meehan and Robert Kraft are good friends and they will make this deal. Also, Umass Boston is hemorrhaging $$. Umass Boston desperately wants a more viable sports program and facilities.

Just another rumor and not a done deal by any stretch yet. You need to remember that this is Boston and no significant project ever gets done quickly. Even Steve Wynn with all his money and influence has been delayed until recently. No Revs academy players or coaches needs to panic yet.
