UMASS Boston can easily take in the 100 Revs academy players and offer them a high school curriculum pretty easily with housing and a soccer training component. This is a question of lack of interest and dedication by our ownership group. Plain and simple.

Philadelphia Union got the YSC residency up and established in 4 months. The Galaxy and Salt Lake ownership group have accomplished this in less than one year. Brand new facilities and programs. The smell of BS is pungent when reading that piece on Bent Muscket.

Oh yeah, it would take $$....something our cheap owner isn't willing to do. but to give $40 million to gangbanging tight end from Urban Meyer's felon NCAA program is a good business decision. Once again, not a very smart man.

Of course he knows where his priorities are, the NFL makes boat loads of $. What's wrong with that? Is he supposed to place a higher priority on the Rev's than the Patriots? That's absurd!
The Rev's are a side business. If it were such a profitable venture, somebody else would have started a franchise. I don't believe there was a line at the MLS offices when they were handing out a NE franchise license.
You are obviously passionate about soccer, but your suggestion to fire everyone and get new ownership (again, who will pay the price $$$) is off the rails crazy.

Luck struck twice when he landed Belichik. MLS asks only for a mere 5% of what other North American sports franchises do and the growth potential is immense while European soccer leagues are struggling. Hey but if your Mensa member boss wants to pis* away $40 million to a felon, good times at Foxboro. He's way over his head, Myra...RIP.
