Let the kid finish out the year and see what happens, you never know what other doors may open while playing for the Revs, even though the Revs staff themselves may be doing little to help your kid.

There's a high turnover rate in DA no matter what the club. Many who start at U12 or even U14 simply won't be there by U16.

As a strategist, that is the way I treat my employees. I give them each a stake. Their investment of the time and sweat into MY goals, helps them because collectively, they possess high morale but helps me most because my company is highly successful.
But the Revs would rather do it the other way.

If the Revs were smart, they would pretend that all the boys are equal and that each and everyone is talented and that each one has a chance to make it to the pro's.
