No, kissing butts will land you and your kids in all kinds of doo doo eventually. Just let them develop at their own pace, don't force it.

And no DAP needed for any of this, just good old fashioned values.

Had to comment on this perfect example of twisted priorities in very twisted world where soccer ability has become one more idol to worship.

The poster's standard for whether or not his son is a success is his soccer work ethic. If his son carries THIS METHOD (his soccer work ethic) to the REST of his life then the poster will die proud and happy.

The poster might want to think about reversing those priorities. Make sure your son is putting his talent and passion into THE REST OF HIS LIFE, and if he is able, given that he has only so much energy and hours in a day, to carry this over to soccer, THEN you should be EVEN MORE proud of this CHERRY on the sundae.

I believe you like the authority to comment. It's quite possible that the player is intelligent, bright and has good role models. You making something out of nothing but that's TS for you!!

Nope. Your rong. I took the test and I do have authority to post here. I had to spell 'kat' but I was allowed one era. I don't know if I made a era but they gave me an authority and the secret code:

                  EAT AT JOE'S

                          Why? 13s, 14s, and 18s all won.

Just because they won doesn't mean parents aren't bit*hing about lack of PT or coaches not playing their superstars in their "natural" positions
