And no 2004 team at all.

Correct, and it better be a darn good soccer program like Milton academy or a top tier MIAA public or forget the idea of a granted waiver. The threat of possibly losing a player with a lot of upside will also factor in.

They didn't actually tell you about a u13 because there won't be one.
