The GK is also a 99 and he, along with the forward in the bunch, has been training with the Revs first team.

I would hope they would take Aviza as a homegrown before that 99. He's a much better keeper.

He's at Syracuse, be available in 4 years. Tougher for a goalkeeper to be signed as a Homegrown. He'll be back, 22/23 years of age is very young for a pro keeper.

it's WAY too early to say anything about any U15 or earlier player. Let them turn 16 or in most cases 17 before evaluating as potential as a D1 or pro player.

How about a 14 year old who dominated his position last year with the U16 team?
I wrote the earlier comment about the Revs player with the most potential. I have no relationship to this boy or the Revs at all. My boy has played against him a few times on earlier teams and I saw play up on the 16's once last year as a 14 year old and he didn't disappoint. Doesn't seem to get much fanfare from the National teams or the Revs(here either for that matter. Hasn't been mentioned yet- no surprise there). But that doesn't surprise me given the state of the Revs pro team or US soccer in general. But he has the most all around, composed game of any academy player I've seen.

He dominated the game I saw and plays well beyond his years (and has in every other game I've seen him in growing up.). And he has another gear that's rarely used. I know he's been looked at on a National level but it doesn't look like it's on an ongoing basis. I'd hope maybe they have asked but he has other important things going on in his life at a young age.

Obviously just my opinion. I know there's many very good players in the area. Just some subtle things that I think sets him apart. Enjoy.

then why were you at all these Revs games? A big fan of a 14 year old unrelated to you and you have nothing better to do with your time?
