Top Rank Academy is looking for new, serious 2008 female travel soccer players who are seeking a positive and enriching soccer experience, both for the player who wants quality soccer in the high school years and for those interested in college soccer. My daughter has played with Top Rank for a couple of years now, and we are so impressed with the high-quality training and warm and open environment coaches Manny and Ramsey provide. Manny and Ramsey really have helped each player reach their potential by harnessing their strengths and training smart. They do not belittle or disrespect the girls or focus on the negative, which unfortunately is something we’ve experienced at other clubs. My daughter already has a thick skin and is a strong girl, but it’s nice for her not to fear her coach and also be confident enough and encouraged to play creatively. Unlike other clubs, Manny and Ramsey are receptive to feedback regarding how they can make the team experience better for both the girls and families; they leave their egos out the window, which is unique in the DMV soccer world. They are open to parent feedback regarding tournaments as well, which is nice.
