Republicans are afraid of exposure. Why is that? Because they have something to hide.

If you're innocent why would you take the 5th? - DJ Trump

what did you learn about benghazi that you didnt already know? that the Fedreral Govt is an inefficient mess?

they called for help and we didnt help them
that we are so tone deaf that we didnt realize that Sept11th meant something to them as well
that when it turned South we lied and tried to blame some video
Hillary said it all- "at this point, what difference does it make"- its a terrible answer but it is the truth- they dont really care and have moved on

they dont let witnesses answer-they use all of their time to make speeches- its a joke
nothing new ever comes out of these things since Watergate ( and the hearings had no bearing on that

when has Trump taken the 5th?

You asked, “when has Trump taken the 5th?”

I answered accurately that he done so 97 times around one civil litigation alone. His divorce. For all I know he may have done so in other instances as well but I currently have no knowledge.

But the 97 times he did answers your question in spectacular fashion, doesn’t it?

Did you see where the Trump backed candidate lost a GQP special election primary in TX yesterday? Is that old magic dying?

          Qbwahahahahahahahaha!

Does not “taking the 5th” = actually “taking the 5th?” If not you will have to explain the con bizarro world where it is not.

no you didnt answer my question spectacularly- it doesnt pertain- in a civil case you arent guilty of anything you either win or lose- sometimes its better to keep your mouth shut- thats all the 5th is

you are gloating over a GOP primary? really?hate to tell you this but Trump backed candidates dont win 100% of the time - i assume the more formidable conservative won and will beat the dem in the election-enjoy the short game

Are you saying that when Donald Trump invoked the 5th amendment during sworn testimony in civil court that he wasn’t “taking the 5?” Just come out and say that then.

                😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I ❤️ 💕 💗 these simple exchanges with the cons. So revealing.

fun fact: the GOP had voted to lower funding for embassy security before Benghazi. They also were the ones that kept Benghazi hearings going for FOUR YEARS without out anything ever coming from it. Talk about about waste of time and money. At least the Dems are more efficient - get it out there, move on.

                        Different poster.

You invoke the 5th because the answer you are asked to give may expose you to criminal liability. Meaning that he didn't want to face criminal prosecution.

When you invoke the 5th in a civil case that automatically results in an adverse inference against you if there are other collaborating facts/evidence. Meaning that if he was asked whether he raped his wife as she testified he did and he took the 5th, the inference would be that he did rape her for purposes of civil liability, but obviously not criminal liability.

Michael Corleone never took the 5th even though it was his right to do so.

                            Doosh,

All I did was answer your question about whether or not Trump ever used the 5th Amendment to dodge answering questions. Yes he did, a minimum of 97 times.

Regardless of what our little ❄️ con is deflecting with now, you got the answer your asked for, yes? You haven’t disputed the accuracy.

Thanks for playing! We live it when cons decorate the tops of their own petards! We don’t smell the rotting albatross around your neck as much when you are up there!

Plus, Republicans have been telling me for decades that if you aren’t guilty, you don’t need the 5th!
