There are arguments on both sides as to what he did was right or wrong. I agree it possibly sets a dangerous precedent, but OTH we had a whack job in the WH who was going off the rails. China wasn't the only one keeping a watchful eye on the US

if they are tax documents, doesn't the IRS already have them? which in turn means the DA can get them, im sure they already have since the guy in question is already under investigation
