It's a criminal operation on a massive scale, funded by the Russian government. Not only has our intel said so but so has intel from around the world. Trump is saying nothing. Nothing. In fact last time he and Putin met he said he believed Vlad when he said Russia didn't do it. Putin is KGB. A master spy, manipulator and liar. Putin is a threat to our democracy and democracies around the world. Meeting with Putin lends him credibility. Trump is ignoring the advice of his staff, Congress, intel staff, world leaders. No launches? NK launched several last fall, under Trump's watch and his stupid "fire and fury" tirades. There is no concrete agreement to dismantle anything beyond empty promises by Kim. NK never keeps their promises anyway. They are continuing operations (first link), and may also be building a sub capable of missle launches (last one originally from Fox, so does that make it more legit to you?)
