The task force surveyed 153 blocks in downtown San Francisco and found 100 improperly discarded needles and more than 300 piles of feces littered around the streets. As many as a dozen needles were found abandoned on a single city block.

Riley, whose 2016 book "Slum Health: From the Cell to the Street" analyzed the range of health hazards found in areas of deep poverty across the globe, told NBC the contamination recorded in pockets of San Francisco rivals that found in slums of Brazil, Kenya, and India's developing communities.

The Senate confirmed one of President Trump’s judicial nominees Thursday despite Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer’s attempt to foil the nominee because of his race.

Marvin Quattlebaum was confirmed to the U.S. District Court in South Carolina by a vote of 69 to 28.

Mr. Schumer said Mr. Quattlebaum was taking the seat on a court which had been left vacant after Republican senators halted two African-American nominees picked by President Obama.

The New York Democrat said Mr. Trump’s federal bench is lacking the diversity that America symbolizes.

“Eighty-three of President Trump’s were male, 92 percent white. That represents the lowest share of nonwhite candidates in three decades,” Mr. Schumer said on the chamber floor Wednesday.

Eat the rich. There's only one thing that they are good for. Although, Motorhead's was better.

The Obama presidency was a disaster for middle-class wealth in the United States. Between 2007 and 2016, the average wealth of the bottom 99 percent dropped by $4,500. Over the same period, the average wealth of the top 1 percent rose by $4.9 million.

This drop hit the housing wealth of African Americans particularly hard. Outside of home equity, black wealth recovered its 2007 level by 2016. But average black home equity was still $16,700 lower.

Much of this decline, can be laid at the feet of President Obama. His housing policies led directly to millions of families losing their homes. What’s more, Obama had the power — money, legislative tools, and legal leverage — to sharply ameliorate the foreclosure crisis.

He chose not to use it.

No longer. History will show that Obama started the Great Recession.

The number and cost of federal regulations increased substantially in 2015, as regulators continued to tighten restrictions on American businesses and individuals. The addition of 43 new major rules last year increased annual regulatory costs by more than $22 billion, bringing the total annual costs of Obama Administration rules to an astonishing $100 billon-plus in just seven years.

OK DT - sure he will have at it with the housing crisis. I mean with Ben carson in charge, should be solved in no time.

Look at the amazing impact DT was able to accomplish when he was player in Atlantic City. He really did wonders for that arm pit. Not.
