It didn't disqualify him. People decided they wouldn't vote for him for that reason.

What's surprising to me is many now point to Trump's activities like it's news. They guy has never been a bastion of morality for as long as I can remember. Does anyone really think he never used his money to gain advantages others couldn't? That aligns him with 3/4 of the rich folk out there. Don't like it? Don't vote for it. Don't vote for anyone who is rich and cheats.

But, don't act like you have some "gotcha" moment.

Is he supposed to lead by example? Says who? And, judging by divorce rates and rates of infidelity in the country, I'd see he is leading by example. It's never been an issue before, going back to at least the 60's. Why now? Previous administrations had the shenanigans going on while in the White House; these are from years ago. Why now is it a bother?

Kennedy kept it quiet (and he was getting Marilynn Monroe, not Stormy Daniels lol). Clinton got impeached over lying about a BJ and could have lost his presidency. Most other presidents in recent times seemed to have had pretty solid marriages and normal children. Not so much with Trump. His most normal kid is Tiffany who was wisely kept away by her mother (who Trump cheated on and cheated with). I'm not even religious and when he talks about about prayer and Christian values it turns my stomach because he doesn't believe any of it, not for one minute. He uses it and the Christina right lets him because they're hoping he'll get Roe v Wade turned over.

The fact that a standing US president paid off a porn star to keep quiet about an affair and it barely even registers goes to show how off the rails this presidency has gone. And I don't care if lots of people cheat, it's still a really shi**y thing to do. Figure out your business, get divorced if need be, then go screw your brains out. Don't' leave a trail of emotionally damaged spouses and kids behind.

Hillary did fine. Her husband cheated on her. Remember the indignation about that. Hillary didn't divorce him; she kept the family together. And, the religious right, good Christians that they are, treated her like garbage because of her husband's cheating.

It is no surprise that Republicans favor NRA cash to American children's lives. Just more of the same Chrisitianity they show all the time.
