I love how all the liberals blame the unvaccinated. Have any of you taken a look at Israel lately? Huge increase in COVID cases (5% positivity rate) as well as hospitalizations. 85-90% of those hospitalized are fully vaccinated. Did you know Israel has the one of the highest levels of fully vaccinated people in the world? Over 80% of the Israeli population is fully vaccinated. Go ahead and keep blaming the unvaccinated. The vaccine just isn't working the way we intended.

Most, not all Israelis are vaccinated. By and large vaccinated positive people aren't landing in the hospital and those that are are older/medically fragile. Most of the Israeli patients under age 60 in the hospital are NOT vaccinated.

That happens here sometimes too. That's why, like Israel, the FDA just approved a booster for medically fragile people and older people will probably get them this fall. We knew going in there was uncertainty as to how long the vaccines would give you protections. There was also always the possibility that mutations would start to outsmart the vaccines. The more cases that are out there the better the odds the virus mutates. So yeah, unvaccinated people here in the US are contributing to the problem.

After several waves people in the NE are much more likely to have died from COVID than in Florida despite Florida having a higher proportion of elderly and no mask mandates since August 2020. Also if you really follow the science you would know that Florida’s positivity rate has been declining for a few weeks while NE is on the incline. Yes things are just getting started in CT.
