While i can admit there is a problem. You should admit that Biden did not create this problem. Trump did nothing in 4 years to fix the underlying problem. Biden has never advocated for open borders but rather immigration reform and repealing some of Trump's more oppressive draconian measures.

The numbers are high and concerning vs a year ago but they aren't as high as some points during Trump's presidency. Comparing them to a year ago is almost meaningless because Covid brought it to a screeching halt.
