boys wont self identify as girls to win in sports. Those athletes that did compete in the girls competition did not do it just to win an event. Life is truly more complicated than that. and in sports there is no level playing field anyways.

0.0%. It's as the poster described above. I don't know what the CT rules are specifically but the NCAA has very specific rules on length of time since you self identified as the other gender, hormone treatments, all kinds of specifications. You can't just show up in pink sports bra and say "I'm a girl now." Same with all the differing international sports organizations. Then there's the social aspect, possiblyproblems with your family too. No sane boy will go through all that, or if they tried they wouldn't last long. No sane parent would encourage it unless they truly believed their child was miserable as another gender.
