Your example is absurd - of course patients can be moved across a small demographically dense county. San Francisco can't transfer patients to Portland. El Paso was overrun not long ago and had a very difficult time finding other beds within TX

I think you mean finding soldiers sympathetic to an insurrection. Those need to go. You realize you and I pay them and they have a code of conduct required as part of the job. Comply with the code of conduct or find a new job.
