The “I didn’t know that would happen” does not work. You commit a crime and an innocent person dies - you are charged with felony murder which carries the same penalties as 1st degree and 2nd degree murder.

Several fundamental flaws with your argument, here are a couple 1) Quote the words from Trump’s speech that incited violence or property destruction. 2) The platforms that are censoring him where not used by the president for that speech nor was it used by the president to organize crime and terrorism, if you believe they were quote those words that were used by the president to conduct this organization of crime in the aforementioned platforms.
