Come on Snowflake. Vast majority of protesters there were peaceful and defending the constitution, democracy. A small percentage of bad apples spoiled that peaceful protest. Entering the capital building is not acceptable. Standing outside the capital or even on it waving American flags in protest despite trespassing barriers is. That's what the vast majority did and an even larger number never crossed those barriers. Well -- let's see -- charges would include, but not be limited to:
1. Terrorism (death penalty offense but I would prefer life in prison)
2. Sedition (death penalty offense but I would prefer life in prison)
3. Breaking and entering a federal building (2 year penalty)
4. Breaking and entering a federal building causing damage/destruction or theft (2 year penalty)
5. Breaking and entering a federal building with a weapon (3 year penalty) 4 and 5 can stack with consecutive penalties upon conviction.
Charge everyone who broke through the fences and was on the Capital steps, but did not go inside, with federal trespass -- a misdemeanor, with a 1 year max penalty. Have them serve a minimum of 15-30 days and pay court costs and a fine -- $3,000 should be about right.
For everyone who actually entered the Capital then charge the full boat -- but be willing to plea down to charges 3-5 if they were not carrying any sort of weapon -- keep in mind a flag pole is a weapon. Everyone does a minimum of 18 months - 2 years assuming no priors. Full ride if there are any priors. Full ride if carrying a weapon.
Anyone involved in actually physically breaking into the Capital, or any room within the Capital, or any office within the Capital -- full charges -- only plea allowed would be if they agree to serve not less than 10 years. If they had a weapon -- then not less than 12 years. Otherwise, take it to trial -- and upon conviction a sentence of life in prison with not chance for parole.Comment

BTW: saying the doctor died "weeks" after getting dosed is deeply misleading. He was hospitalized within days.
This is yet another example of the way reporters are showing a double standard in describing potential vaccine risks and deaths; when someone dies after a long stay on a ventilator, we don't say he contracted Covid six months before he died to try to underplay the connection.
