Free testing only if you go to certain sites, as well as in network for your health insurance plan. Many people don't realize because they don't know any better. If you're desperate to get a test you go where you can get an appointment/not a long line. "Back to work" testing is also not covered by most insurance plans.

Really depends on whether or not Americans take warnings about holiday distancing to heart. Models are all over the place, but in theory cases should be plateauing around then from the post holiday surge.

-Certain jobs just cannot re-start yet - restaurants, bars, entertainment, travel. I've no issue with those folks getting more assistance
-People should get paid sick leave. We're one of the few civilized nations that doesn't have it. Guess what happens when people can't afford to stay home sick? They go to work sick.
-Better testing availability means people will get tested instead of 2nd guessing. It will keep sick people home and lessen the rate of people staying home unnecessarily.
-Most teachers want kids back in school but WITH more testing, PPE etc. That costs money that many districts have to cover and they can't afford it
