Those stats are based off exit polls and aren't reflective of total voters because of all the mail in voting. In the end the increase, such as it is, will be even smaller.

You miss the point, more Blacks and Hispanics voted for him because they don't believe he is a racists and believe his policies benefited them. Go figure the largest shift in minority support for Trump happens in the area where the wall is being constructed right near the Mexican boarder. Most whites and democrats have no clue what the minority community needs or wants.
