I don’t know, he has a point. I would rather watch paint dry than indoor track. Track takes everyone. 1/2 the team are heifers. They should have minimum requirements or team spots. It is a participation sport. Name one kid who is a true track star in ct? No the guy who wears spandex and runs against girls. But a true girl who her only sport is track. Don’t include the throwers and vaulters either. Ain’t no Jackie joyners in ct. mind you, even she played hoops in high school and was a starter at UCLA

I checked...not many hillhouse records. Couple short distance records, no middle distance or long distance. Those you actually need to train for. No patience to train.

Hillhouse is like Haley’s Comet...a national merit scholar comes once every 75-76 years, even then, it is only visible in certain hemispheres.

New haven cancelled all fall sports. Bridgeport cancelled football and volleyball only.

For that racist, elitist jackhole, New Haven track is very competitive and prolific, sending many kids to schools with scholarships. Here is a recent celebration. Growing up in New Haven, the two sports that always had the best athletes were basketball and track.
