Agreed. I am surprised towns are not building more. I guess those crazy zoning laws prevent fast building ramp up.

The data released by the Census Bureau on Monday showed Connecticut had 3,605,944 residents living in the state and 2,354 overseas residents on April 1, 2020. The actual population gain over the decade for people living in the state was 31,847

Every family i know that has moved from the NE to TX and FL has put their kids in private schools because the public schools were so bad - and that's in supposedly good TX and FL districts.

There is a risk of myocarditis post Covid infection.
There is a risk of myocarditis post vaccination (increases with each dose)
These are risk are particularly strong in young males.
Since vaccination does not prevent infection, why would anyone increase their risk of myocarditis by getting vaccinated.
I hope you keep injecting your boys.
By the time my son gets to college age, he might be the last man standing.
There will be a very small pool of males that didn’t have their athletic capacity hindered by these injections.

Not the poster but the claim was CT was losing residents, and it isn't. Not huge growth but not in free fall either. Also since it's census data taken in 2020 it won't take into account the many higher income people who have migrated from NY in the last 18 months. CT has always lost older high net worth seniors to the south. That won't ever change, although maybe with more mild winters from global warming more will stay lol. Also I've several friends and family who are just in the thinking/planning phases of retirement and many have zero interest in moving to deep red states no matter how good the weather or taxes are. Nearly everyone I know that's gone to a red state, young or old, is a republican.

That or having to resort to private schools washes out much of your savings. CT families don't know how much better it is here.

CT population is fine. Doesn't make the top ten increases or descreases both in sheer numbers or percentages. Growth rates that are too rapid cause their own sets of issues, especially lack of affordable housing.
