J&J is the best of the 3. It is the most likely to get full FDA approval.
The other two are not as real world effective and have very high adverse events / side effects
Ordering more of the J&J was a good move.

J&Js had more testing with the new UK and South Africa variants and did well against them. It isn’t as good for the oldest adults but many of them are already getting vaxd with Moderna and Pfizer. J&J will be great for getting college kids vaccinated fast and back in campus for the fall. The one shot factor and ease of transportation and storage gives it a massive advantage even with a very slight efficacy drop.

The other poster is also correct that the government is making plans for getting vaccines out to other countries. Wealthy nations account for 90% of vaccine consumption.
