Wrong forum. This is for the sport of youth soccer. There is a separate forum for Florida HS Soccer.

Not the OP, but I must say that you are an ahole! High school soccer uses the same kids that play 'youth soccer'. Get over yourself!

Truly. The other poster was a jerk. "youth" comprise all of soccer under adult. And if I'm not mistaken, most of those "youth" go to high school. Not to mention that many club players (my own) play high school soccer as well. When they've gotten this far (regional quarterfinals) the teams are pretty damn good. so to that other poster, take your ugliness elsewhere.

Are there any clubs in South Florida that are strictly club only and do not allow high school soccer. The last two seasons I have watch my daughter play high school which is a big joke of rec players playing with high level club players. No more high school soccer next season.

I agree but the moderator will move this to the high school forum momentarily. I don't understand why they don't just do away with the HS forum and leave posts on here where people visit.

So basically you are saying you can't say no to your kid and are hoping the club will do that dirty work for you...?

She pretty much took that initiative and along with a few other club players already expressed to the coach they will not come back next year. The saddest sight is to see a high school coach yell at their players down 8-0 at first water break and my daughters team can only score one more time because beating down a high school rec team 25-0 will probably get the winning team suspended or coach fired for unsportsmanlike conduct. Whatever

Oh, its, "Your," daughter's team....so she owns it, and all about, "Her?" What a short sighted ass you are! I can promise you this egomania parent that if she left tomorrow, the team would move forward with a little bump in the road! Everyone is replaceable! And more importantly, you are a short sighted egomania nut-job! High school soccer allows more than you can understand/fathom, for not all children are privileged to play in club or have sponsors or have opportunity; high school allows all, and beyond that gives a sense of pride for community and gives the players a role to represent their high school!

So Miss Snobby-Witch (B), tell us all how great it is in five years when you're little Miss Perfect has a few flaws?

8 is the mercy rule, not 9. if your team has to beat up on a team to feel good, the team and its coach has other issues.

yes, 8 is the mercy rule, but only at the end of first half or later. A game must be at least a half, so a good team can beat a poor team by more than 8 in the first half. Worst I've seen is 14-0.

What a sick F**k to monotone the rules of annihilation in HS soccer! Funny thing, there is always someone better than your daughter and her team, and common decency for when they play that team will always make them better players even when they win......will you ever be able to understand this?

Wow, someone took a triple dose of their Angry Pills today! Look in the mirror. Screaming at me for explaining the HS rule to you ignorant people? Really? Just step away from whatever device you're accessing the internet with. The world will be a better place without your asinine comments and attacks.

So very sorry dear that you have never been called out before, but every dog (bi***) has its day? Certainly there are no caps or bold font, so your perception of screaming comes, I guess, from a bit of remorse in being such a know-it-all. Truly, you remain clueless to your insults and degradation to lesser fortunate teams? Most certainly, every coach/team/school understands elimination process, but only those with class chose not to go to the extreme....Yes, you have also been called out as, "Classless!"

                            LOL

look at your post where you called me a 'sick F**k'. Sure looks like caps to me, with some asterisks for color, I suppose. Problem here is...that was my first post on this thread. I'm not who you think I am. Just someone who has a SON playing high school, so I clicked on the thread. To quote Buzz Lightyear: "You are a sad, strange little man, and you have my pity"! Don't bother coming back on me, as I am leaving this thread forever........
