Nease-FB Wednesday Night

Doesn't surprise me about the Nease red cards. They are a dirty fouling dangerous team BUT they won. It is impressive you won down 2 players but don't get too big headed about it. Congrats to you. Skillwise you guys are ok.

Nease's physical play reminds me of the ol' fletcher teams, they had a few skil players and a whole bunch of highly motivated hooligans who try to intimidate the opposition. the old fletcher teams were always beaten by more talented opponents from other regions who could actually posess the ball under pressure/duress and tire them out. nease will march down the same path but the ignorant parents will be "amazed" at how far they went in the playoffs!

In reality if you count the teams they play that actually have skill (and then look at that w-l record) they'll recognize the shortcomings of their new coach to recognize it's a skil game not a wrestling match. good luck the rest of the season and recognize even with your very best efforts it will end when you play merrit island(if you get that far)

And yes, the RED card was deserving, Hopefully that player gets suspended for multiple games if not the entire season. He fouled with malice and intent to hurt.

FB, has a few quality players. But, the majority play like little boys and no Heart. They lost b/c Coached Sub'out the Spanish Kid.

Are you serious?There are two possible reasons for this ignorant statement. 1) You were not at the game, and heard rumors of the play, or 2) you have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to soccer. I agree, the card was deserving. The sweeper was the last player back, stumbled and got beat. At this he grabbed the player and pulled him down. The card was given for denying a goal scoring opportunity. He did not try to hurt the player in the least bit. The sweeper showed composure throughout the game, including during this play. Any younger defenders should take note of this play. He may have saved a goal, and possibly the game. At the very most a two game suspension should be enforced.

My guess is the guy who got red carded was #15. He is a real slughack out there

first of all there never should have been a p.k for fernindina cuz there was no foul, and if they wouldnt have called it Nease wouldnt have been forced to score 5 min after that of a header on a throw in. If ne thing fernindinia should be laughed at cuz the got scored on of a throw in. pitiful

the joke nease parents crying at the ref all game and they the ones hacking us all night like they do every game. they don't play soccer they just kick, chase and foul. it's thugball.

So we just pick and choose which games to count in our record huh? Thought Nease lost a couple in some tournaments. Everyones record would be great if they didn't count games against quality opponents that they played out of town.

FB has got balls. They cant play with nease, so they come on here talkin trash sayin nease plays "thugball." Whatever type of game they played they showed FB who was boss. FB had two decent players. The keeper was decent, no more. He's overated. Just one of those keepers that try and make every save look amazing. He tips way too many over the bar, rather than just catching them. Also, his goal kicks looked as if he played for the jv girls team. Number 5 was a decent forward. He made some hard runs, and was somewhat quick. No shot whatsoever. Number 10 was on the ground every other play. He should team up with the keeper and move over to he jv girls team.
