The only ones who seem to care about High School soccer is the High School coaches. Just look at the attendance at these games. It is terrible, the kids who want to play will play club soccer there are plenty of clubs so even marginal players can have a team to play on.

You need to grow up. HS sports are essentially important integration of your child's academic teen life formation. What are you doing in HS soccer blog anyway?
And what I mean by integration of your child's academic teen life formation is "balance" between sport/getting fit while learning at the same time same place same teens who shares same goals everyday in their alma mater school. Whether your kids may or may not play college, playing HS sports are equally valuable to all kids concern as you hear adult parents spam experiences to families and friends.
Wow, you need to talk to the kids. Most don't care and that is why many kids miss certain games because they are away at club soccer tournaments.
