I am from neither team, but I would agree, East Bay has some of the rudest parents ever to attend a high school game. They were so loud, it was embarrassing. I am not sue what part of the state they are from or what social class, but hopefully we will never have to see them again.

Actually there are only a few parents that are quite loud and obnoxious. The rest of them are pretty typical. These other parents are embarassed by the behavior of those few, too.
Oh and by the way those "hllibillies" are loaded $$$ . No need to get into "town". They enjoy themselves on their boats and other $$$ toys, in their expensive waterfront homes on the bay, ... So even those that are well off, can be loud and obnoxious, too. Not a question of social class in the least.

Funny - talk about rude and class - was it you I heard last week in the stands telling your kids (playing AGAINST EB) to, and I quote "just take her out - knock her on her 'A__'. So please already!! You think no other school is rude and passionate for their kids. Enough already - get a life. Sure would love to know which shcool you represent. Talk about a whiner!
And yes the circus is hear because it just left your neighborhood.

East Bay is not the only rude group of parents but they are bad. I hope you share this with your parents or better yet, film a game and let your parents hear themselves. Your kids deserve better.

Independant observer.
Enough on this - you all made your point and hopefully 'something' constructive or good can come from this silly back and forth and we can all learn from it. Use this site for something meaningful and be done with this item.
I read the full string of comments here. I did some homework based on the 'original question in this string', as it made me curious. Statistically EB is 13-1-2 and that record included wins over Winter Haven and Berkley Prep, and ties to Bloomingdale and Newsome. All teams ranked relatively high in the state rankings. I also saw a comment about a 5-0 loss to Melbourne. Based on these other scores and other games, I believe it would not be too smart to overlook this team as any team can have a bad game. You also never know the circumstances behind any loss - missing players, injuries, and illnesses for any one game. I also believe this game was over XMAS break so... I personally would not read much into that one game from what I see.
So all of you please get off the egotistical comments and move on. I've seen this team play and if you think they are a push over, you are mistaken!
As far as parents - hopefully these comments will be taken constructively and things can calm down. All parents at MANY highschool games act the same - some worse then others (even the good ones pop at times) - we just only see the ones at the games we are at. There are many of them out there!
Remember this is a game for the kids and they are doing there best. I've noticed that the verbal attacks are USUALLY directed to the REFS and not the kids(right or wrong for the REFS). I would be happy just seeing more consistency game to game in the way they are called, BECAUSE THAT is what sets the parents off at these games!
