ODP Coach for R3 - Disgraced

    http://www.topdrawersoccer.com/the91...azing-problem/

Eddie Radwanski, Clemson women's coach and Region III head coach. Is this the type of person that FYSA and R3 should have around teenage girls? The R3 team is supposed to be the elite girls at that, and surely those young teenage girls deserve a better leader than this guy. What kind of adult in a power position over young girls would behave like this?

Boy , you got me there .

From your title I thought he was caught with a "hand in the cookie jar" .....

Next thing you will probably tell me is "he yelled at my fat , sorry , ( please excuse me , I don't want to give the wrong expression ) untoned , not quite yet in soccer game day shape , child about his/her lack of speed , skills , desire , etc."

As long as all he is doing is "kicking" their asses , I am all in .

    BTW , didn't I see they were 5-0-0 ?

That guy is an absolute piece of ****. I have witnessed his arrogant attitude first hand. Can't stand him! He should not have been allowed to coach odp even before this incident, but after this issue, he should be fired from odp coaching immediately.

So she didn't make the team. What?

This coach has done a great job of developing his team into a side that keeps possession, attacks with creativity, and is very organized in the back. A lot of fun to watch them play. Having acknowledged that, if any of the allegations are true then he must be dismissed and take a period of time away from coaching. He will need to gain some self-awareness and develop better judgment regarding things in life that are much more significant than winning soccer games.

if you clicked on the link you would have read it. Clemson women's soccer has been hazing... for quite a while. I also think it is more wide spread than this and the NM school. wake up people. its idiotic. there are other ways to bond your team for crying out loud. grow up.

What about all the club soccer team coaches that practice similiar styles! Many of them are also college coaches.

Am I reading this correctly? People are defending a coach who ordered a freshman on his team to be hazed which ended up causing her permanent damage? All because she wasn't recruited by him and he wanted her off the team? I guess I can expect nothing less than the state that gave us Casey Anthony.

                      So Florida it hurts.

I wonder if you would feel the same if it was your daughter who you trusted to be in a safe environment who ended up scarred and possibly with health related issues for life? Would that make their winning record worthwhile? There is no place for this at all - horrible. And at a school like Clemson, with so many other very cool traditions, it is definitely a black eye.

Anyone can file a lawsuit and say/accuse anyone of anything they want. It doesn't make it true. The New Mexico womens soccer situation is down right disgusting - where is the call to fire that coach? Don't tell me she didn't know there was a tradition of initiation there?? Don't know this guy AT ALL, but this article says these initiations were long standing traditions that preceded his tenure and I doubt he 'ordered' her to be run into a brick wall to hurt herself. Initiations of rookies into sports (high school, pro, college) are widespread and probably MEANT to be good natured but there is always the person that takes it too far. Put the pitchfork away until you have all the facts. A lawsuit is not fact until proven in a court of law - its an accusation.
