First, you state that UF has "such a large roster." They have 30 players, and that certainly is not unusually large for women's D1 teams at this time. Second, you state that UF only plays 13 or 14 players. That's patently false-- this season so far they have averaged playing 17 players per game.

30+ players per team? LMAO! That's damn near enough for 3 teams! How much more stupid can women's cllege soccer possibly become?

Athletic Directors pressuring coaches to carry big rosters--- not so much stupid as it is a consequence of politics and Title IX compliance.
