Wasted 4 years. half the coaches he hired couldn't coach there way out of a paper bag or speak english. always lied to the staff and he got rid of really good coaches over the 4 years. never at the fields, but complained in spanish at coaches meetings. club is better now. saw him more times at meetings (2-3 year) than on the field.

Jose Garcia was a waste. He coached our boys team for state cup, and he just substituted players off the bench for a very long time. I don't think he wanted to win. A bunch of the parents were so mad, they signed up for Weston. He was late to practice all the time. Just a bad experience with him.Comment
