That is the only “real” poll you’ll see on this thread. The other has a strong BC/Boston area bias.

You forgot Hartford at 92. The OP here wouldn’t rank them in the top 10. The facts say otherwise.

Adding in Hartford, only 2 EMass teams in the top 13.

Really the bigger issue is how teams are doing relative to their historic ranking. For example the last couple of years Brown was really making a surge forward but this year it seems like the wheels have fallen off. Conversely PC at 42 is doing better than norm and at this point seems to be on track for a possible NCAA tournament birth if they can keep it going.

Northeastern, UConn, UNH, BU, and Harvard are all having their worst years.

BC continues to win and is trending to finish high enough in ACC to make the NCAAs.
No other New England schools have distinguished themselves out of conference, so they are going to have to win their leagues to make NCAA.

Here's my latest New England Girl's soccer update

                Last week notables
                Harvard downed Northeastern 2-0
UConn lost to Eastern Michigan 1-0 while UMass beat Eastern Michigan 6-1
I'm starting to believe in UMass
Seems that BU and Northeastern are running backwards both Boston teams are not very good
Don't really like Yale or Brown but for now they are moved up the ranks
Hartford still hasn't beaten anyone substantial but they haven't lost either
and I don't see anyone good on their schedule

Not reallly but their rpi bares this out. I thought that once conference play started they'd kick in gear but that did not happen. I still think they'll have a shot at the conference championship but they better have someone step up and score some goals.

BU did dominate American in the conference opener. Should they win out, they win the conference, which they are more than capable of doing, especially as Navy and Bucknell come to Nickerson Field this season. The final conference game at Colgate could carry a lot of weight!

Watched Colgate barely squeak by Fairfield last night and if BU cannot beat that team that has one good player on it they do not deserve any consideration. PL is weak this year BU included so it is up for grabs this year. Good luck to all
